Frequently
asked questions

What DartSync is, what it costs, and what it needs from you — which is very little. Questions about a particular game, about hanging a board or about finishing a leg are answered at the foot of the page they belong to, and the subjects below lead there. Everything else is on the home page.

The essentials

What is DartSync?▼

DartSync is an online darts scoreboard. You set a game up in ten seconds, share the link, and every player follows the score in real time on their own phone. Three modes are available: 501, 301 and Cricket.

Does DartSync show adverts?▼

None at all, and there is nothing to dismiss. Visits are counted without cookies and without an individual identifier, and that counter is the only outside service the pages call — the typefaces are served from our own servers.

Do I need an account?▼

No account at all. No email, no password: you open the site, you start a game, that is all.

What happens to my games?▼

A game is kept so that its share link goes on working. Automatic deletion of games left untouched for twelve months is being put in place; until then, any game can be deleted on request.
